Permabond ES566 is a one-part epoxy adhesive with excellent adhesion to metal surfaces, composites, and difficult-to-bond plastics (such as nylon, PBT, etc.). Thanks to its high bond strength, this adhesive can replace mechanical fasteners, soldering, or brazing. The adhesive cures quickly—25 minutes at 120°C—and can be cured at temperatures as low as 90°C.
