Permabond ES560 is a one-part epoxy adhesive that flows when heated. It is unfilled and self-leveling, making it particularly suitable for electronics potting and encapsulation applications, and for padding and post-processing of microchips. It is resistant to thermal cycling and has excellent shock resistance.
