Permabond LH197 is an anaerobic material designed for making "in situ formed" gaskets between metal surfaces. It is highly flexible, making it ideal for uneven surfaces where differential thermal expansion and contraction can be a problem. Its flexibility makes it easy to remove and ideal for sealing applications where routine
disassembly is required or on soft metal surfaces such as certain aluminum alloys that are easily damaged.
