Permabond ES5505 is a one-component, thermoset, metal-filled paste adhesive with controlled flow properties at ambient and elevated temperatures. It has good impact and vibration resistance and can withstand temperatures above 250°C (480°F). ES5505 can bond a wide variety of materials and its performance is usually limited by the strength of the bonded joints themselves. In many applications, it can replace traditional joining techniques (such as welding, brazing or mechanical fasteners) to improve appearance and provide greater design flexibility.
