Crestabond M1-05 490 ml is a strong, flexible 2-component MMA adhesive for bonding composites, thermoplastics and metals. This structural methacrylate adhesive has a 10:1 mixing ratio and a working time of approximately 4 to 7 minutes.

The 490 ml cartridge is suitable for larger bonding jobs, professional use and applications where you need more adhesive volume than a small cartridge can offer. The adhesive is primerless, non-sagging and therefore also suitable for vertical applications.

What do you use Crestabond M1-05 for?

Crestabond M1-05 is used for strong structural bonding in applications such as assembly, production, construction, composite processing, vehicle bodywork and technical repairs. The adhesive is suitable for materials such as steel, stainless steel, aluminium, composites and many plastics.

Thanks to its gap-filling capacity of 1 to 15 mm, Crestabond M1-05 can also be used for joints where parts do not fit together perfectly.

Use and application

Make sure the surface is clean, dry and free from oil, grease, dust and loose particles. Use a suitable mixing nozzle, apply enough adhesive to fill the bond line properly and position the parts within the working time. Clamp or fix the parts during curing to prevent movement in the bond.

For best results, apply Crestabond M1-05 at a temperature between 18 and 25 °C.
